Vail Ranch Steakhouse Privacy Policy (will be referred to as “Restaurant” below….)

Summary

· We greatly respect your individual privacy at Vail Ranch Steakhouse. We will never sell or give away your email address, or your other personal information.

· We will only email you about promotions, specials or news that are relevant to Vail Ranch Steakhouse and events and specials that occur within our Restaurant or a sponsored event.

· You may unsubscribe to remove your name and/or other information from our email list or any mailing list at any time

Vail Ranch Steakhouse uses your Personal Information to offer our customers information, discounts and dining promotions that a customer has indicated they want to hear about.

Personal Information is collected by the Vail Ranch Steakhouse when a customer voluntarily provides such information to the Restaurant, as well as the previous restaurant at the same location, called Hungry Hunter, or one of its third party partners. Personal information linked to individuals, such as name, e-mail address, zip code, gender, birth date, anniversary date, and personal interest information. If you do not want your personal information collected, please do not submit it.

The Restaurant named above, collects Personal Information when users respond to an advertisement, survey, register for email announcements or newsletters, register for product or dining discounts, or enter a sweepstakes promoted by the Restaurant or its partners. In addition, selected third-party partners of the Restaurant will share personal information with the Restaurant about their consumers that have consented to the sharing of their personal information with third parties.

We use your personal information to:

· Ensure that customers receive products and information that they request..

· Deliver permission-based direct marketing messages, email newsletters and email advertisements and

· Deliver mailings or e-mail messages to those users that have submitted their e-mail addresses or postal addresses directly to the Restaurant.

The Restaurant does not collect sensitive personal information, such as medical information, personal information regarding sexual orientation or behavior, or personal credit information.

The Restaurant may use a third party service provider to provide a product or service on its behalf that you have requested, such as email announcements, advertising, promotions or newsletters. The Restaurant requires these service providers to agree to use personal information of subscribers only for the purposes of carrying out these operations and to adhere to the terms of this policy.

The Restaurant, or a third party acting on its behalf, may monitor the readership levels of the Restaurant’s HTML users to help identify aggregate trends in its service’s usage so the Restaurant can be sure that it is doing everything possible to create products that are of the highest quality to its customers. The Restaurant may recognize when the email was opened, which URLs were clicked and some information about the message in which the URL was found to help identify aggregate trends in usage. The Restaurant never shares information about individual usage.

Collected Data is Not Shared

The Restaurant named above does not sell or transfer the ownership of any of its customer information to unrelated third parties

The Restaurant will not share a customer’s information with any third party if the customer indicates on the registration form or subsequent questionnaires the preference to limit the use of such information, or if such customer opts-out of the Restaurant’s databases or otherwise requests that the Restaurant not share his or her information.

The Restaurant will share or transfer ownership of its collected data if legally required to do so pursuant to law, court order or other governmental action. In addition, the Restaurant may share its collected data with a third party in the event that the ownership of the Restaurant is transferred to such third party via an acquisition, merger, sale of assets or otherwise.
